Catch Them Young..
Every business seeks a loyal, intelligent and “chatty” customer base – people who can be wooed into liking you, people who will choose you over others for some reasons and most importantly people who will talk about how great you are.
Which section of the human population fits this bill with added benefits like a longer life span, less inclination to research other brands offerings and low maintenance expense?
Children.
Reliance fresh holds educational trips of it’s outlets almost everyday.Children from various schools visit the outlet where an employee tells them about the superior fruits and vegetables stocked, strict quality standards followed, year round discounts – perfect for mommy. The ’tour’ ends as a baker finishes telling the kids about their extra delicious cakes as they walk through aisles of freshly bread.
Catching them young or Pure brainwashing – whatever the strategy, it is almost perfect and costs next to nothing.
Write On..
Your blog/website is your own, it is a part of who you are, what you think – as private as you want it to be.
It does not matter how well you write or whether others like it , what matters is whether you are writing everything that you want to say.
Do what works for you, if it is readership you aim at, write something worth the read. If you write for yourself then pour your heart out.
Just say everything you want to share, negative criticism will prevail don’t let it cramp your style, or the reason why you write.
Write on … Cheers!!!
Inside that Mind
What goes on in the mind of a fantasy writer? How does the thought process evolve to write those minute details? What makes a woman write about burning skin, throbbing hearts ripped off the chest, witches and fairies, animals, the devil??
Can she really turn off these fantasies? Does she search the sinister developings that could emerge from the dogs that gather at dusk? The birds that flock blocking the sun? That chill from the crack in the window? Can she escape the shadows of the trees that follow unrelentless?
Is she making you see things in a different light ? Or she just writing what she cannot cease to see?
Wishlist
The list is simple and short, things that I really really need.
1. Digital camera(Nikon 5100 Coolpics)
2. A really nice dress watch
3. Jewellery (Gold Earings would be perfect)
4. Mobile, including accessories(preferably the Apple I-phone)
Well, thats all I need right now.
First Impressions
Does it reflect the true picture?
Organisations go to extents of sending people back from work because they are not wearing “proper work clothes”. Most often than not in an attempt to create a “good first impression” with the client.
I think that the impression that a client gets has more to do with performance, consistency, understanding the requirement and honesty.Clients don’t flock to you for what your people wear, they come seeking rational solution providers.Besides to them the last impression, the final sign-off, is equally if not more important.
Their first impressions are created long back , from research about your work.
The point being, seriousness and professionalism are not end results of the expensive suits you wear, it comes from love for the work and drive to perform. Give that your people and see profitable everyday impressions.
Advantage points and keeping customers
Most customers begin judging your business from their first point of contact. At the end of the interaction, depending on your offering they either leave satisfied or otherwise.
The decision however to continue using your product/service happens much later. An immediate “I don’t like this restaurant” may not necessarily mean the customer’s not coming back. What it means is that you won’t be his/her first choice .. you may however get another shot.
Most of these conclusions of liking or not liking the service happen over a course of time … the delay in finding your restaurant, poor directions given, delayed valet parking, delayed seating, difficulty in resolving menu issues, ambience … non acceptance of credit cards .. etc. all culminate towards an unhappy customer.
How to reverse this, – use your plus point to your advantage, if its good service – then be the best in it, if it is your chef – produce magic in your food.More importantly, notice the customers as they leave .. the point is not about reading the feedbacks it’s about observing the pattern that develops it.
Love Is The Magic
When the day unfolds
And I wish you were mine
I see the world
Carefree as it could be
When the sky turns white and sunlight floods
In my daylight dream I smile in delight
For I am hugged by the love
As I wish you were mine
The moon to my left and sun on the right
I see the warmth and wish the chill away
I believe in what I do
So one day our shadows would be one
As i wish you were mine
You fill the roads I travel and the pictures I click
I believed so long
And strongly still
One day it will happen when I see you as you do me
As I wish you were mine
I could die today with a smile
For I saw that it is all true
As my feet soaked the joy
I was yours all the time
As I wish you were mine
The soul that kept wishing
Saw the burning light
And killed the numbness
As I wish you were mine
Never saw it coming never saw it leave
Thought it had gone
Yet hope stayed behind
Love is the magic it showed
As I wish you were mine
