Remember the handcarts selling masala-dosa, bread omelets – all now bits from memory.

These ‘specialty’ outlets have overtime transformed to  include other eatables on their menu.

Suddenly hand carts everywhere are no longer hives of activity selling  exclusive fare - rather they are serving everything Indian, Continental AND Chinese!!

Almost every street now holds these ‘multi cuisine carts’ – a reminder that sometimes focus on just one product and excelling in it maybe a better way to go.

What would you show off when the client comes visiting – the incredible talent pool or the state of art infrastructure?

The challenge lies in being prepared and deciding what, how much and in what way would the ‘ ‘Show off’ ‘ be worth its while.

Road Trip :)

I did not realise how much I needed a break till I went on an impromptu road trip along NH7 :) .

The drive along National Highway 7 could not have been better, although sections of it are still under construction the drive was pretty awesome.

Great road and pretty flowers - what a drive:)

Way to go ;) - Long stretches of fresh new roads and sunflowers to brighten up the drive 

Most villages use a substantial amount of their development funds to create magnificent temples: 

 Standing tall – a 12 meter high Hanuman statue marks the beginning of Anathapur town.
