The importance of response

You start a business, you carry out a survey, you initiate a change … whatever you do the single most effective way to reach out and make an impact is to respond.
Respond to the people who use your product, respond to the participants of the survey, respond to the queries that you will be asked.
Be available and make people know that their inputs and loyalty are not an exercise in theory but rather a design to carry out a real change.
And at the end of it all show them the results that could only be achieved with their honest inputs.
