@Raghu : Totally agree. But how can we ensure inspired teachers, when they themselves are tuned to look at education in one dimension. Which brings us back to square one.

few months ago , I was scanning family’s old records/letters etc., and I came across my grandfather’s report card. Later my father pointed out to “scholar’s name” printed on it as opposed to “student’s name” on my report cards.
It wouldn’t unless we got inspired teachers instead of bored housewives and failed professionals.
